?Vegan Chocolate Semolina Pudding?

Preperation time
20 minutes

Ingredients:
1 cup semolina
2 cups vanilla flavored soy milk
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baobab powder
1/2 - 3/4 cup water (in the end)
Optional: Sweetener of choice

To Serve:
A piece of melted vegan chocolate (you can substitute it with 1 Tbsp maple syrup + 1 tsp cacao powder)
1 Tbsp tahini
1 Tbsp cacao nibs

Directions:
▪Toast your semolina in a pot for 3-5 minutes until golden brown, stirring continuously.
▪Add in the milk and cook over low heat, stirring occasionally.
▪Next, add in rest of the ingredients, mix to combine and cook over medium to low heat for about 5-10 minutes with the lid on.
▪If necessary, adjust the water amount for the consistency you like.
▪Serve best with melted chocolate, tahini and cacao nibs ♥
